CIGVISTA is intended for adult customers age 21 and older only. Orders may be subject to age and identity verification before fulfillment. Adult signature and proof of age may be required at delivery.

Shipping availability depends on the destination, product type, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some destinations may not be eligible.

After you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when available.

Orders typically ship from our US warehouse via UPS / USPS. Typical delivery is about 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and eligibility depends on destination and compliance requirements.
