No. The warehouse is not open for public walk-in pickup. We dispatch orders from the warehouse and provide tracking after shipment.

After we hand the package to the carrier, tracking can take several hours, or until the next business day, to show the first scan. Use the tracking link in your shipping email and follow any age-verification or signature instructions from the carrier.

If an order stays unpaid, you may receive one recovery email with a $10 credit already applied to that order and a link to finish payment. The offer is limited, email-restricted, and expires. If you already paid, ignore the email.
